We really like thick and flavorful bbq sauce, so we thought we'd make our own version by combining slow roasted peaches with the smoothest whiskey we could find. You will enjoy this thick sauce on all your bbq meats and sandwiches.

The mellow tang of rich balsamic vinegar blends wonderfully with sweet, mysterious and delicious ripe figs for a perfectly robust dressing. Experiment and use it as a marinade for a fabulous meal; add to a baby spinach salad garnished with poached pears, dried cranberries, blue cheese and toasted pecans, and be a really good host. This balsamic fig dressing won the gold medal at the SOFI awards of the NASFT in 2008.

Our classic Roasted Garlic Aioli is the ideal spread for true garlic lovers. The creamy mayonnaise base is blended with slow roasted garlic and a touch of mustard to make a versatile topping that is perfect for dipping French fries, fresh veggies or for mixing into your favorite potato salad recipe.

This is another customer favorite from our cafe. It's a classic French "mayo" that's blended with our basil pesto to create a deliciously versatile aioli. It's all natural and delicious on sandwiches, as a dip for crudite or as an accompaniment to chicken.
